Had absolutely amazing stay in this popular hotel, the staff were efficient, location was great in a very convenient area with shopping all around. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with a good breakfast, the bed was comfy. Location: the property was just off Colorado and many dining options. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Qdoba Mexican Grill that was only 5 minutes' walk away...

We loved the outdoor activities nearby and took advantage of the complimentary shuttle to Hughes Stadium. Check out the nearby Scheels for some fun shopping. The hotel overall made everything easy and was nice.
We had an issue with early check-in. Despite getting an email confirmation, the staff said it wasn't their problem since we booked through a third party, frustrating.

The pool area had a slide, made my kids squeal with joy they couldn't get enough of it. Staff was super helpful even though the hotel was busy, they still greeted us with smiles.
